Frequently asked questions

Answers about treatments, booking, prices and data handling, in the clinic's own words.

Below we answer the most frequently asked questions. If your question is not among them, you can ask it by phone or by message.

Booking and appointments

  • How do I book an appointment?

You can currently ask for an appointment by phone on +36 30 844 6434, or by message on Messenger or Instagram.

  • Do I need a consultation before I have a treatment?

Yes. Every treatment begins with a consultation, where we work out together what is genuinely warranted.

  • How do I cancel or change my booked appointment?

You can change or cancel your appointment by phone or by message. Please let us know as early as possible, so that another patient can take the appointment.

If a treatment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, we charge a late-cancellation fee.

This rule applies to dental care; the cancellation terms for the aesthetic treatments: [TO BE CONFIRMED]

  • Do I have to pay a deposit or a booking fee when I book?

We currently ask for no deposit and no booking fee.

  • What happens if I am late for my appointment?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you expect to be late, because that way we are more likely to be able to keep your appointment.

Treatments

  • What treatments does the clinic offer?

In four areas: aesthetic treatments, surgery, dentistry and device-based treatments. What we carry out in each area is on that area’s own page.

This site lists only procedures the clinic actually performs and is licensed for.

The list of the surgical and the device-based treatments, with their prices, is on the Prices page.

  • How long does a treatment take?

The length of a treatment differs from procedure to procedure and from patient to patient, so we give precise information about it at the consultation.

  • How long does it take for the result to show?

The pace at which the result appears can differ from treatment to treatment and from person to person, so the treating doctor will go through this with you during the consultation.

  • Who carries out the treatments?

Surgical and aesthetic treatments are carried out by Dr. Ráti Róbert, a specialist surgeon and aesthetic specialist.

Dental care is provided by Dr. Szanyi Barbara, dental specialist, whose fields are conservative dentistry and prosthodontics.

  • What technologies and devices do you use during the treatments?

Among other devices, we work with EMFUSION, EXION and Alma Soprano Titanium. You can read about them on the Device-based treatments page. We publish a device name and the description that goes with it only when the device is actually at the clinic and the description is supported by the manufacturer’s own documentation.

Prices and payment

  • How much do the treatments cost?

You will find the current price list on the Prices page.

The prices are indicative: the final amount depends on the product used and on the quantity, and becomes final at the consultation.

  • Is there a downloadable price list?

Yes. The full price list is available on the Prices page, where a downloadable, printable PDF version can also be found.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We give information about the accepted payment methods by phone or by message.

  • Is it possible to pay in instalments?

The option of paying in instalments is still being confirmed.

  • Will I get an invoice for the treatment?

Yes, we issue a proper invoice for every treatment, and you can receive it by email or on paper.

Safety

  • Are the treatments safe?

Every treatment at our clinic is carried out by a trained member of staff with the appropriate qualification, and before the treatment you can learn at a consultation how that procedure works and what risks apply to it. Safety questions about your individual condition can always be answered by the treating doctor.

  • What side effects can I expect after a treatment?

Because the possible side effects differ from treatment to treatment and from person to person, the treating doctor gives you precise, individual information about them during the consultation or immediately before the treatment. Please do not treat these questions and answers as medical advice.

  • Who should not have certain treatments (contraindications)?

Contraindications differ from treatment to treatment and also depend on your state of health, so only the treating doctor can judge this at the consultation. Please tell us before the booking, or at the consultation, if you have a chronic illness, are pregnant, or take medication.

There are situations in which treatment is not advisable: pregnancy, breastfeeding, an active infection, acute inflammation, an unstable state of health, or unrealistic expectations.

We treat a minor only in exceptional, medically justified cases.

  • What should I do if I have an allergic reaction or an unusual symptom after a treatment?

In case of a serious or urgent symptom, for example difficulty breathing, severe swelling or fainting, call the emergency number 112 immediately, or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for the clinic to answer. For urgent medical advice, the out-of-hours number is 1830. In case of a milder, non-urgent symptom, contact the clinic and we will arrange a follow-up appointment with you as soon as possible.

  • What qualifications do the staff carrying out the treatments hold?
